I have been a professional cake decorator for 18 years. I completed my training at Planet Cake in Balmain and have kept my skills regularly up to date with the latest trends by attending training workshops with Australian and international cake decorators including Handi Mulyana, Margie Carter, Carlos Lischetti and Peggy Porchen. I am passionate about cake and cookie decorating and love the process of creating a sensational cake for any occasion. The thrill of delivery and reaction when the lid of the box lifts up is exhilarating! I look forward to working with you to make your cake dream come true!
